Adrienne Castrovinci, DC, CCSP, CAACP
Doctor of Chiropractic
Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician
Certified Pediatric Chiropractor
Webster Technique Certified
Dr. Adrienne Castrovinci began her journey to become a chiropractor at the age of 13, when she experienced stress fractures in both of her wrists while involved in competitive gymnastics. Her parents were already under chiropractic care and they did whatever they could so that she did not have to undergo surgery. She continued with care into her college years and made the decision to pursue a career in chiropractic medicine following her experience as an athletic trainer at the University of Minnesota.
One year after graduating from Northwestern College of Chiropractic in 2003, Dr. Adrienne opened her own practice in Eden Prairie. Since that time, Healthy Living Chiropractic has catered to all individuals seeking optimal health and wellness, with a focus on athletes, families, and children. In 2006, she completed additional training and obtained the post-graduate designation of a Certified Chiropractic Sports Practitioner (CCSP). This instruction is specific to the prevention, evaluation, and treatment of athletic injuries in children and adults. In early 2014, she completed an additional certification in Chiropractic Pediatrics (CACCP). This additional coursework has strengthened her knowledge and skill set when working with pregnant women and children, and she is also certified in the Webster Technique.
Dr. Adrienne has become one of the leading health and wellness advocates in Eden Prarie. She volunteers her time to speak with local businesses and charitable organizations to educate the hundreds of local residents on the healing power of the body, and the overall benefits of healthy lifestyle choices.
She currently resides in Eden Prairie with her husband and two young daughters.

Jad comes from a background in sports. Along with his own semiprofessional career in hockey, he has spent another 8 years as a scout in the NHL. As time went on, the long trips away caused him to miss his family, and he decided to make a career change. One aspect of being a career athlete that Jad was really interested in was massage. “I had great people to help take care of me along the way so I could play every night. I always thanked them for their hard work in stretching me and massaging my aching muscles so I could continue to play every game.” This led Jad down a path towards massage therapy. Jad enjoys assisting others like he had been helped in the past. “I want to make a difference in people’s lives and help them with their overall health”. Jad recently completed the Massage program at the Minnesota School of Business and he is very versatile in different massage techniques. Jad is also certified in Aroma Touch and enjoys incorporating essential oils into his massages.
Jad lives in Chanhassen with his wife and young son. He is very physically active in his daily life and enjoys working out, hockey, football and playing basketball with his son. He also enjoys cooking in his spare time and really loves using his smoker to test new flavors of meat.
Maiya has three years of experience as a massage therapist, specializing in deep tissue therapeutic massage. She graduated from Centerpoint Massage & Shiatsu Therapy School in 2018. Her focus as a therapist is an intuitive style of massage, with an emphasis on finding root causes of muscular pain. She enjoys working with clients to alleviate the underlying source of their pain, rather than just achieving temporary results.
