Healthy Living Chiropractic celebrated 6 years in business in November, 2010, and continues on its mission to help those in the Twin Cities Southwest Metro live a healthy lifestyle. The staff of Healthy Living Chiropractic are professional and energetic, and work hard to ensure your every visit is comfortable, informational, and fun! Adrienne Castrovinci, Doctor of Chiropractic
One year after graduating from Northwestern College of Chiropractic in 2003, Dr. Adrienne opened her own practice in Eden Prairie. Dr. Adrienne has taken great care in the design of Healthy Living Chiropractic, striving to create an energizing, healing environment and incorporating the latest state-of-the-art technology for her patients. Since that time, Healthy Living Chiropractic has catered to all individuals seeking optimal health and wellness, with a focus on athletes, families, and children. In 2006, she completed additional training and obtained the post-graduate designation of a Certified Chiropractic Sports Practitioner (CCSP). This instruction is specific to the prevention, evaluation, and treatment of athletic injuries in children and adults. Dr. Adrienne has become one of the leading health and wellness advocates in Eden Prairie. Her belief is that the strength of a community depends on the health of its residents, and it is her mission to contribute to the education and promotion of health and wellness. In addition to being involved in the community as an ambassador for the Eden Prairie Chamber of Commerce, Dr. Adrienne also volunteers her time to speak with local businesses and organizations to educate the hundreds of local residents on the healing power of the body, and the overall benefits of healthy lifestyle choices. Jodi Dorpinghaus, Doctor of Chiropractic
Dr. Jodi graduated from Northwestern Health Sciences University in 2008, with a Doctorate of Chiropractic and Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biology. Shortly after graduation, Dr. Jodi moved to Scotland to live and practice chiropractic. She spent nearly two years in family practice in Ayr, Scotland, surrounded by some of Scotland's most prestigious golf courses. She worked with many golfers to improve golf swing biomechanics and lower handicaps, before returning to the United States. "I look forward to becoming a part of your life and seeing your health reach new heights!"Taiha Wagner, L.P.N., Therapeutic Lifestyle Educator
Taiha made the switch to wellness programming when she saw an opportunity to help people in a more profound way. In her position as a nurse, she only saw patients after they had become ill. But by taking what she knew from years of experience in the health care industry, she knew that most chronic illnesses were preventable, and even reversible, through diet, exercise and lifestyle medicine. Taiha is very active in her community, her passions are in healthy cooking, exercise and teen issues. She sits on the board of directors of Lakewinds Natural Foods and consults with both Fortune 500 companies and local non-profits on employee health. Taiha lives with her husband and three children in Eden Prairie. Sarah Conway, Chiropractic Assistant
Sarah Conway moved to Minnesota in the summer of 2006 after completing a year of college at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, where she majored in anthropology. When she moved to Edina, she was very fortunate to stumble upon an opening for a chiropractic assistant at Healthy Living Chiropractic. When she first started out, she thought chiropractic only helped people with back pain. That's it! These days, Sarah is much more knowledgeable about how chiropractic works to naturally restore health and prevent illness. What she takes away most from her position here is the never-ending learning opportunities. She is always learning something new, whether it is about chiropractic or life lessons passed on by patients. Interacting with and helping people is her favorite part of every day. In addition to managing the front desk of Healthy Living Chiropractic and badgering late patients, Sarah enjoys playing with her black cat, Sheeva, a good cup of coffee, reading, and various outdoor activities like rollerblading and swimming. Life goals for Sarah include earning her degree in anthropology, eventually buying a house and putting down roots somewhere, and making Healthy Living Chiropractic the most successful and friendly chiropractic office in our community. |

About Us
Dr. Adrienne Castrovinci began her journey to become a chiropractor at the age of 13, when she experienced stress fractures in both of her wrists while involved in competitive gymnastics. Her parents were already under chiropractic care and they did whatever they could so that she did not have to undergo surgery. She continued with care into her college years and made the decision to pursue a career in chiropractic medicine following her experience as an athletic trainer at the University of Minnesota.
Dr. Jodi Dorpinghaus began seeing a chiropractor at the age of nine for a low back injury sustained in gymnastics. Growing up, she continued to see the chiropractor to keep her healthy and strong for sports and everyday activities. When the time came to pick a career, her chiropractor had suggested she come to visit his office and see if she would like to be a chiropractor...and the rest is history!
